Diversity
The Short Version
We will actively seek to have as balanced a conference as possible, focused on a mix of subjects and levels from new and experienced speakers of any gender identity.
Complaints
The Short Version
We will listen to all complaints and treat them in confidence and with respect. A response and decision will be issued to all complaints
Code of Conduct
The Short Version
Be nice, be respectful, show empathy, you don't know what other people have to deal with.
Help us improve
We are not experts in this, we also have limited financial resources, and we do this in our spare time. However, we want to improve, and we welcome any suggestions to do so. We can't promise to implement all suggestions, but we will review and discuss all of them.
